Do you suffer from painful heels?

Does a sharp pain hit when first standing from lying down or sitting position?  A stone bruise type pain or burning arches may also accompany this condition.

Heel pain usually strikes after rest in the bottom aspect of the heel.

You may have Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs or Heel Pain which are all related conditions.

This is an extremely common problem experienced by a wide variety of people. The most common cause for this problem is excessive rolling in of the feet (overpronation).

The plantar fascia is the main ligament runs along the sole of the foot. It runs from the calcaneus (heel) to just behind the toes.  The plantar fascia helps to keep the foot from spreading out and rolling in.

At Active Care Podiatry Capalaba we specialize in treating heel pain heel spurs and plantar fasciitis.

Don’t suffer from painful heels any longer!
